New businesses debuting on the east side of the river this spring include The 5th Quarter Sports Bar & Pizzeria at 1110 N Main in East Peoria (formerly Vertucci's) and Le Fleur florist on the square in Washington.

I stopped at Le Fleur today. Great shop. They told me they are expanding into the space next door. Very unique gift items. You must see the fabulous floral "chandelier" arrangement hanging from the ceiling.
