Uptown Grill, 601 First Street, LaSalle
This restaurant is a gem we stumbled across completely by accident while looking for a place to stop on our way back to the Peoria area. They have a top-notch appetizer menu, including choices like baked herb goat cheese and gorgonzola potato chips. Moving on to dinner, they have a large, exotic selection of seafood as well as steaks, chops, chicken and pasta.
