I heard that Salt on Prospect in Peoria Heights is planning to expand into the vacant space next to them and is considering offering brunch on Sundays.
I hope so to both and SOON! Too cramped in the room they have now and why only breakfast on Saturday. I would be there weekly if they had more room and food for me on Sunday.
Only been there for breakfast and it was not cramped at all because there was only 2 other tables occupied.
Food is outstanding. Our daughter said she would rather go to Salt than the Harvest Cafe, which shocked me. But those are good Lemon Ricotta pancakes so I see her point.
